The Oxygen is a prestigious development of residential apartments with amazing views of the East India docks.
The installed system supplies hot water to the underfloor heating systems of all 17 floors of apartments.

Working closely with the end user, TCS provided a Ground Source Heat Pump system alongside a traditional system, to provide hot water to all the apartments. The system comprises abstraction and recharge bores holes drilled to 110m in depth with water being pumped to the plate heat exchanger in the plant room by a Grunfoss inverter control submersible pump.

TCS designed, supplied and installed all the plant and equipment from the bore holes up to and including the ground source heat pump. We also carried out all discussions and negotiations along with all the relevant documentation for the Environment Agency once the pump testing had been successfully completed.
